Ingredients
  

Blueberry Syrup
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp culinary dried lavender
Lemonade
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Fresh mint leaves

Method
 

  1. Combine blueberries, sugar, water, and lavender in a saucepan.
  2. Simmer for 8–10 minutes until berries soften.
  3. Mash the berries gently and strain the syrup.
  4. Let the syrup cool completely.
  5. In a pitcher, combine lemon juice, cold water, and blueberry syrup.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Fill glasses with ice.
  8. Pour lemonade over ice.
  9. Garnish with lemon slices, blueberries, and mint.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • Chill before serving.
  • Sparkling water can replace regular water.
