Ingredients
  

  • 250 g pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Let it simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until every piece is evenly coated.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
  8. Do not overcook the garlic, as it can become bitter.
    Freshly grated Parmesan melts better than pre-shredded cheese.
    Add grilled chicken or mushrooms for extra flavor.
