- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Heat a lightly greased non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve warm with maple syrup, butter, and extra blueberries.
