Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened milk dairy or almond
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup strawberries sliced
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds

Method
 

  1. Combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla in a jar or bowl.
  2. Stir well until fully mixed.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, stir again.
  5. Top with strawberries, blueberries, and almonds.
  6. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • Add banana slices before serving for extra sweetness.
  • Keeps fresh in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
