Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets about 150 g each
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Place salmon on a lined baking tray.
  3. Brush with olive oil and season with garlic, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Top each fillet with lemon slices.
  5. Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Arrange broccoli around the salmon.
  7. Bake for 18–20 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Avoid overcooking the salmon.
  • Serve with brown rice if desired.
