  • 1 cup short-grain white rice
  • 4 cups whole milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Ground cinnamon for garnish

Method
 

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water.

  5. Stir in the butter and vanilla extract.

Notes

Add raisins or chopped nuts for extra flavor and texture.
